ELIGIBILITY: YOU must be 18 years old or older at the beginning date of the Contest Timeframe. To receive free shipping of the prize, You must live in the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES (MM WILL PROVIDE THE QUOTE) AND ALL TAXES INCURRED , WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OR YOU WILL FORFEIT THE PRIZE AND MM WILL PICK A NEW WINNER.
Current employees, and family members of MM or Evansville Music Academy (EMA) CAN NOT participate in any MM Contest.
CONSENT TO CONTEST RULES: By entering into a MM Contest, YOU are agreeing to all the terms of the RULES AND POLICIES FOR MOORE MUSIC CONTESTS.
MM reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or terminate any Contest at any time. MM can reject any entry that MM sees unfit to be entered into the Contest. YOU will not hold MM responsible for any damages caused by receiving the prize, or using the prize. MM reserves the right to use your name and/or likeness to promote the current Contest or any Future Contests via any media outlets known, or to be developed in the future; including but not limited to social media, radio, any print media, internet websites, 3rd party websites; YOU will not be compensated for any use of YOUR name and/or likeness. MM reserves the right to email you promotions at any time (that you can opt out of via said email).
SELECTION OF WINNERS: MM will select a winner within 7 days of the ending of the Contest Timeframe. The winner will be selected by RANDOM DRAWING.
NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified within 3 days of the RANDOM DRAWING. The winner must reply within 5 business days or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be RANDOMLY DRAWN.
