The Taylor GT has made waves among players thanks to its blend of compact dimensions and full-bodied tonal power. The all-new AD11e-SB brings a new feel and flavor to the American Dream Series, offering a comfortably downsized frame and scale length crafted with back and sides of solid walnut and a solid spruce top. Walnut’s woody response remains balanced across the tonal spectrum, delivering a warm, clear midrange character that pairs beautifully with the clarity and power of the spruce top. Inside, our C-Class bracing draws out rich low-end presence while dialing up the volume and sustain. On the outside, chamfered body edges make for a pleasingly seamless feel complemented by the easy-playing Taylor neck. A striking tobacco sunburst top treatment highlights the visual package, which also includes black top purfling, a black/maple/black rosette, 4mm dot fretboard inlays in Italian acrylic, satin black tuners, a firestripe faux tortoiseshell pickguard and a thin matte finish. This model is strung with light-gauge D’Addario XS coated phosphor bronze strings.
